Birthday Sessions

From your first birthday all the way up to 100, no better age then any age to celebrate fun times for your special day.


These can be tailored for each client. We can offer in studio sessions to outdoors locations as well. Sessions are simple in theme like small props like chair, bench, blankets, teepee (for little ones) or balloons, glitter, champagne, cute cake for adults. Clients can also bring additional props to be used as well as needed too. 


For Studio sessions we can use one of 3 locations that we will rent for your session: Rendezvous loft (Roanoke), Atelier Studios (Lynchburg or Halifax). Rendezvous studios is located downtown Roanoke above French Farmhouse and host a large space that has brick walls, wooden floors. Atelier Studios is located in downtown Lynchburg or downtown Halifax (just opened up last month) and host fun solid color backdrops, couches, chairs, and fun pop up sets through out the year they add that can be used for sessions too.


For on location sessions we can suggest some of our favorite spots that we have used or if you have a place outdoors in mind we don't mind traveling as well.

Each session can come with a simple small smash cake for little ones or a cute adult cake, balloons (colored or number balloons), your own gallery with all the best edited images with digital downloads so you can keep, share, and save from your session with us. FAQ

Where are you located and do you travel?

We are based in Roanoke, VA but we do often travel as needed should clients have their own locations or have places that they are looking at to use for a location.

*We travel up to 2 hours from Roanoke. Should we need to travel 3+ hours of traveling a travel fee of $150 will be invoiced to clients prior to session date and times.

What is your turn around time for getting my photos back?

We have a 3 to 4 week turnaround time for our non busy season and 4 to 6 week turn around time during our busy season starting in September to December.

*Clients can purchase our rush fee of $45 in our add-on section during booking or can let us know after session and can be invoiced as well.

How do I get my photos back?

All of our clients will get their galleries by email through our website here in a link. A download code will come in your email along with instructions on how to download your images and save to your phone or computer.

*We ask that our clients download their galleries with the code provided in their emails and if wanting to have any images printed that download high resolution photos as those will give you the best quality when they are printed out.

How many photos will I be able to chose from to add to my final gallery?

Each gallery will have all the best images edited from your babies session and will be uploaded to a gallery on our site and then sent by email to clients.
Clients can also purchase one of or add-on packages where you can get wall canvases, usb drive and more.

How do we pay for our session and what is required to book?

When you are ready to book your session with us, click the book now button and it will take you to our booking site. There you will see all our current package and all that comes with it.

A half down retainer is due at booking and must be paid in full to secure your date and time with us as well as a contract must be signed to be fully booked with us. You are not booked until all that is done at booking. Remaining balances are due 2 days prior to your session in full unless discussed with us a head of time.

*Once you are booked you receive a conformation email that you are booked. A reminder email of any remaining balances that need to be paid as well as your upcoming session and any instructions on where to meet us and any details about your session date will be sent 2 days ahead of your session date.
